The bible is the source text for all those questions, there are no books consistent with the bible that precedes it.
God has no begining and therefore has no end. Before everything was God existed.

Do you mean sequel,not prequel? Not to mycurrent knowledge.
For this answer, I will assume you do. God (a living being) existed. He was the first; like it or not.
Adam named Eve. (Gen2 or 3).

NO prequel.
You have to go deep into the word. Not easy to do, almost impossible alone. Get with a teacher of the word (a real teacher) I have one that can get you started.
