Put it in the cradle that came with it, then attached the provided USB cable to your computer and if you are on Windows XP, it will simply guide you through the process! It is easy. I was intimidated at first by this as I bought more memory so I didn't have to load them to my computer and then laughed at how simple it was once I did it!
