What attracts you (as woman) to a man visually first and then socially. What makes him stick out amongst guys at a bar?

Manners for one thing. I like a man that is polite and genuine, without the cheesy pick-up lines. He also shouldn't be boasting about what material possessions he has or starts right in with talking about sex.
Visually I like a guy that's clean and dresses neatly and in style. That doesn't mean he has to wear designer clothes.

One of the first things I notice about a guy is his lips and his eyes. For some reason lips are the sexiest things to me. I mean I can sit there and stare at a guys lips and imagine kissing them passionately and nipping and sucking them too. And if a guy has the type of eyes you can just get lost in that's hot as hell too.

Good teeth. Truly, I love a good smile and a man with good teeth will always catch my attention. What happens after that is any number of things, but you did ask about the first thing.

His eyes and his smile.Then it would have to be his personality. Someone who is not too uptight but certainly not too loose.
