There was a war in heaven regarding the next step in our spiritual progression. Satan desired to be the Savior of the world and wanted all the glory. Jesus offered himself to be the Savior, but gave God the Glory. Jesus was the first born, and most perfect of all our Fathers children. Jesus was chosen. Fulfilled his mission on earth by being obedient and doing the will of the Father and not his own. Jesus is now exalted and will be King and reign on the earth. Our Father in Heaven made Jesus, Jesus is His Son, Jesus inherited all that the Father has. We too, through Jesus Christ will be perfected and if we remain true and faithful will inherit eternal life and become as God.

God/Jesus didn't have to be created, He was there in the beginning. He has always been andwill always be. You can read about it in Genesis.
