I believe that we have many angels that watch and protect us!

I would say no. While we may, at times, interact with angels, there is nothing that even hints at an angel being assigned to anyone, much less all of us.
It is a nice thought, but since the whole point of you being here is to grow and develop on your own, then having someone run interference for you would sort of defeat the whole thing.
