try something new. get new friends, daw a picture, learn to cook, listen to music, eat bad food, smoke and drink, visit a new town, steal, grow something, be nice, be nasty, read a book, make a movie, make a friend off the internet, make a enemy. sell your clothes, sell your soul, burn your books, play an instrument, become a rapper, dig a hole, make someone laugh, have sex with some one ugly, clean your room, take a swim in the sea, take a p**s in the sea, shout things from your window, post stupid answers on yahoo.

If everything was fine a year ago and now it's not, then did all of those things change or did you change? If you changed, can you pinpoint what it is about you that has changed?
Since you've considered suicide it's likely chemical. The first thing is to talk with your parents about this, - I'm presuming you're below the age of 21. Then, see a doctor, a psychiatrist if possible and get some meds or counselling. If that's not possible talk with your school nurse and counsellor.
Don't be shy about asking those around you for help. If you don't get the help you need from one person, go to the next.

You have to remember that you are only 1 person. There is a lot of pressure to fit in with everyone at school, to be treated fairly at home and also you maybe depressed about things you want to accomplish that are not going the way you expect.
DO NOT GIVE UP! you are going through some things, yes, life sucks, but it WILL Get better, you just have to remember that you cannot please everyone.

You ARE NOT stupid, because you are smart enough to realize there is more to life than the idiots around you and that things are going unexpectantly but not necessarily does that mean that YOU are not worthy to live. YOU ARE A beautiful person struggling within an ugly world. keep trying and the butterfly will escape from the cocoon and you will realize that what YOU GO THROUGH makes you STRONGER, AND MORE UNDERSTANDING of those who go through the same things you do or worse! YOU just need to get some help if you cannot cope anymore so call the number.

I commend you for taking the first step by talking about this and seeking help!! Most things that are terrible today are always better tomorrow!!! Remember this, infact go and get a pen write now and write that down on some paper, and stick it where you will see it every day to remind yourself.

Listen, hang out, associate yourself with optimistic people!!! It helps alot. Listen to a funny morning show. Laugh, go out, do stuff to expel bad thoughts from your mind. In the mornings instead of thinking about negative things. Think this: Think that today is the day something good is gonna happen, today is the day to be successful, expect that the best things are going to happen, forget your mistakes, today is your day!!! And tonight when you go to bed what are you gonna say? I'm glad I did or I wish I had? Positive thoughts overcome negative thoughs so my friend do kill yourself OK?!

Set yourself free.
Hating yourself is counter productive.
Learn to face reality and accept the limitations life gave you.
Be the best you can be and you will derive inner pride.
When you get depressed or disillusioned do something that benefits you.
Clean yourself, clean your surroundings, make a meal, clean your nails, study, dream but do not sulk or blame other people.
Take charge of your life.
You have your work cut out.
You can do it.
Its called growing up and becoming mature.

Have you ever been sexually abused by someone close to you? Have you ever watched you best friend die in your arms? Have you ever been out on the streets just dying to make ends meat? Have you ever had to make a choice that would depend on weither someone you love lives or dies? Have you ever found out that one of your children has been kidnapped only to find their dead body somewhere in a gutter? If none of these appply to you then what the hell is so bad about your life? You"ll grow up, things will get better and if you ever think about killing yourself than that's the cowards way out.

do not hate your self. Your emotions are somewhat organic about the guy. feels like he became kinda taking section in both one in all you for awhile. A overwhelm on a guy extremely hurts. Get more effective desirous about college and help your mom around the domicile. keep busy and that enables ease the depressing feeling you've. it is only a researching journey for you. a lot more effective circumstances are waiting for you so commence researching to regulate your emotions and be a lady.

a year ago my husband was home with our 3 children now he is in Iraq taking care of our freedom of others people miss fortune but do i complaint,noooooooooo why ? you may ask.I'm not going to solve a darn thing all i can do is look for solutions and hold it down because in the end, there are people in a much worst situation that i am,my advice is live your life, love your self, think about it you are after all ALIVE.is there anything better.
