Try using your womanly ways. If he thinks that there may be a chance of him putting his hee-hee in your hoo-hoo, it won't be long before you have tea coming out of your ears.
Or you could take the Eric Cartman approach an say
"hey b;tch, get back in that kitchen and make me some pie, or I'll kick you in th nuts"

Given the choice between making the tea and virtually any other 'chore' in the house I'd willingly choose to make the tea.
(unless boiling the water involves lighting a fire by rubbing 2 sticks together).

Because he's a lazy son of a bitc h & you're much too good for him. Tell him to make his own damn tea. Better yet, make your own and don't bother with his. He'll figure it all out eventually.

Ok, did you ask him? He is not a mind reader. Next time just make tea for yourself and when he says, where is mine, say, "in the kitchen waiting for you to make it. Oh, why you are there, please make me another cup of tea."
Hopefully in time he will get the point.
