Personally, I when I've done all I can do, I try to keep doing what I've been doing. As foolish as it may seem; trying to do the same thing and yet expecting a different outcome. But the thing is people are not static, and as I continue to do the same thing the other person may be changing. Therefore, the other person may react to what I am doing differently. But I suppose that only works if you can believe that most people are good deep down. O and there is that small matter of prayer, I being thoroughly protestant, believe in "the power of prayer".

A lot of people don't realize the benefits they can get from applying Bible principles in their lives. I am going to include some links to some articles about improving marriage,
http://www.watchtower.org/library/w/2003/9/15/article_01.htm
Maybe you can find some pointers that you might not have thought about.
Also there is Child training-

Put it in the hands of God.
You can always still pray for them.
Remember, there are times when you can do to much. Especially giving your children to much and making them dependent on you instead of themselves.
Peace, and the best of luck to you!

Just when has anyone done EVERYTHING that they can? It's there always one thing more you can do for your family, for your wife, for your God? Of course there is. We are all imperfect so we always leave something undone even if it's that you just didn't spend the time you should have....Jim

Usually all I can isn't enough, so it often comes down to me asking for help, sometimes from loved ones, and frequently from God.
I also have to remind myself of the whole time and season thing, no one can do it all, all at once - we frequently just have to give ourselves permission to pace ourselves, and take things in turn.

You need to trust God's grace for you and your family & friends etc. Pray first thing in the morning to Jesus Christ and / or Father God in the spirit, honestly from the heart. Pray all your concerns regarding those you care about. Give thanks in all things for this pleases God. Remember, God will let you know if you need to do something. Trust & obey God. Let go & let God.

When people think they have done all they can, they have simply lost sight of all the other available options.
