I was just wondering, say you've been with your boyfriend for quite a long time now and you love eachother tons, and he tells you that he's totally in love with you and that you are the only girl and he would never cheat on you or isn't interested in any other girls. But he still texts his ex-girfriends and most of his other friends are girls but they are all totally in love with him and he seems to be more excited to talk to them or he says stuff like love ya babe to them, you know. Does that mean anything? I completely trust him but I just need to know what an outsider thinks about the whole thing. I mean I don't think it means anything but I need afirmation.

Maybe he just has a flirtatious personality. Most of my friends are guys and I still talk and hang out with my ex-boyfriend. Maybe him and his ex realized they made better friends than a couple(that's what happened with my ex and me). My fiance doesn't have a problem with it and I don't have a problem with him talking with other girls.
If you suspect anything, the best thing is to talk to him and ask him about it. Communication is the key to the relationship, remember that. Good luck with it all.

Love ya babe is not something would want to hear being his girlfriend it's kind of rude and disrespectful to you. It could be totally nothing but if his excitement is talking to them, I think you need to evaluate this situation and relationship a little more closely. Good Luck

Okay so he says "love ya babe" to them in front of you?? If he does then he obviously has nothing to hide but then again at the same time Iw ould second guess it too just because it is his ex and they are girls. You should tell him how you really feel about it.

If I were you...I would be a bit nervous on the whole situation. Ex's that are invovled in the relationship only cause trouble. Move on! Why does your man need to keep in contact with the ex's? It is the only way for them to have a fast screw when you get into a fight or when you break up with him.

He needs to grow up a little bit. and for you i dont think you should be putting up with this sort of thing because its like a window for him to cheat. keep a close eye on him and find out if he is being dishonest with you or not. good luck.

Well, lets' just say that if my fiance of 3 years told any female besides me "love ya' babe", there would be a big problem. I see no reason for him to keep in touch with any ex's especially if they are still in love with him. If it makes you uncomfortable ask him to knock it off. If he loves & respects you he will.

I wouldn't be worried unless he starts not wanting to see you or stops saying things like I luv ya babe to you!!

well if you trust him and he's true to his word and you love him, then that's all that matters. It all depends how he acts around them though, he needs to show a little resistance if they like him that much.
