Im so sorry to hear your girlfriend isnt doing well and im sorry to hear she had an abortion as well........the sad thing about this is the people that do them do not inform the young women of the complete truth of what can happen to her during this procedure.
Some of things Ive read about as far as physical side effects are as follows
Infections: Common abortion procedures involve inserting sharp tools into the uterus. Women can suffer cuts or perforations of the uterus or bowel, which can lead to blood poisoning and even death. (And a hospital may report the cause of death as blood poisoning, and not as a botched abortion.)
During normal childbirth, the cervix - the lowest muscle in the uterus - softens and slowly stretches open to allow the baby to be born. The cervix is not prepared to be forced open earlier in the pregnancy. Stretching the stiff cervix muscle to insert tools or remove fetal parts can tear and weaken the cervical muscle, especially in a first pregnancy.
Others: Other side-effects of an abortion can include excessive bleeding, hemorrhaging, endotoxic shock, fever, vomiting, and death.
Im not showing this to you to upset you or scare you......Im doing it out of concern for your girlfriend and wanting you to get her to a dr right away to make sure she is ok. The pain and bleeding you describe just dont sound normal and it could be something more serious than what she or you know. Just to be safe get to a doctor and have her checked over .....in the end you both will feel better by knowing exactly what is wrong and how to treat it.
I dont agree with abortion, but right now its not going to do abit of good to do or say anything that may upset you or your girlfriend, so instead im going to say " good luck to you both and I hope and pray that your girlfriend is going to be ok."

How long ago was the abortion. Two weeks sounds a little short to me. I would think that it might take a month for everything to go back to normal. She should go to a doctor and have everything checked out. It's not normal to bleed and hurt during sex.

Get her to the dr. ASAP. The bleeding could be a complication of the abortion or of the salt solution they use.
As for sex being painful, it's going to for a while. Her body is still healing. I don't know if you know what they do in an abortion, but the body takes a tramatic beating. Depending on the age of the baby in utero, they sometimes have to do more than just a fluid flush.
I suggest you do a net search on abotions and see what she actually went through, and what it did to your unborn child.
Also, abortions can sometimes cause steralizations.

Do you really think that a "doctor" that performs abortions is genuinely concerned about Anyone's health?? Get her some help, physically and psychologically, from a sincere professional. Abortions can be life or death situations for the baby's mother too.
Then......If you really love her, put it on ice for awhile. She needs time to heal, in more ways than one. Finally, be smart and responsible......don't make any more babies until you're ready to support the mother and your child. Do you really want some death-loving maniac enjoying the beaches on the $ he makes destroying lives?

She needs to see a doctor and stop having sex because that is how she got pregnant in the first darn place and she needs to heal from the abortion procedure (in which I am totally against). If you do not want any babies then stop having SEX for crying out loud.

That is definitely a question for her doctor. She should get checked out as soon as possible. Also anytime a big decision like abortion is made, it wouldn't hurt for both of you to see a counselor as well. Sometimes female problems are brought on by stress or mental anguish. Also simple things like dropping or gaining weight can attribute to a crazy cycle. The best thing would be to get her checked out physically and both of you get checked out emotionally.

If she is bleeding two weeks after the abortion, something is wrong, so you need to go back to the doctor, right away.

Do everybody a favor, start thinking with your big head instead of your little one. Your GF is in trouble, either get her some help or leave her so some real man can do what is right by here.
