can anybody here tell me what color highlight?streaks goes with blackish brownish hair with the person having brown skin.Pics would be great of the hair and the highlights

Stick with the caramel and cocoa tones. I don't know of any websites. I think the best idea would be for you to look through magazines then you can take the pic to your stylist and show her the color you are looking for.
