Contact your county courthouse and ask about a civil ceremony. They will be able to tell you what day or days weddings are performed, licensing requirements, how much the license will cost, etc. Relax . . . everything will be fine!

I think first you have to decide if you really love the guy and if you could love him for the rest of your life. If not, then just live together, its not that bad. If you do, then you could go on-line and find a minister or someone to marry you, or you could just let the friend marry you. BUT; take some advice from me. I am 25 now, I was 18 when I got married and sometimes I wish that I had not done it. You have to be sure that there is nothing that you don't like about him, or it will only come back in every argument that you have for the rest of your life. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

Hey well what is the problem? You are legal age and ya what state are you in? Here in tx you can go get a marrige license
to the county clerck all you need is 40$ and both of your Identifications and then you wait about 73 hours to legally get married you then make an appointment with the court house a judge will marrie you that will cost about 50$ you can pay extra for him to go to your house and have family there and a lil party and he will legaly marry you there at your house.

Is he worried that you are going to run off with all his money?? My husband and I just got married on july 29 and he is 10 yrs older than me and I am 24. Just find a Justice of the Peace to do it. You can have a short 5 minute ceremony. We did and it wasnt exactly how I wanted it but it worked.

I'm not all that sure why you need a lawyer.Because you are 18 and at 18 you're legal to get married. So i would just go down to the court house or get a good friend who is ordained to marry you. good luck

You can have a friend get ordained online and then they can marry you. Or call a justice of the peace and they will do it.

you're too young wait at least 2 years and if you feel the same then do it. sounds like he's pushing the issue and if you're not ready then you need to stop him.
