Hershey is really cute... for a male or female chocolate lab. I don't think it's feminine nor masculine sounding. I'm from Pennsylvania too so yay Hershey!! I like Blinky for a name too, for a small dog it's cool. But on your list... Hershey.

A friend of mine got a puppy and a kitten the same day.She named the kitten Fisher and the puppy Hunter.I though that was cute.
