Alright, some news from my friend. She's not going to the beaches in Disney, just the amusement parks. And remember, she wants to know what she should bring for both, Orlando, and Disney!

One thing I didn't see mentioned is a rain poncho. Depending on the time of year, it can get very wet for an extended period of time. On my last trip it rained 6 out of 9 days for 2 -5 hours each of those days.
I usually pack one or two of the disposable rain ponchos for each person traveling. That way I can toss them after the storm passes and not have to tote them around.

Definitely a disposable rain poncho, as was stated earlier. A battery-operated personal fan would be good to bring, too. They sell them there, but they're like $15 or some such ridiculous price, and we were dying for one when we went to Disneyworld two months back.

Sunglasses and a baseball hat. You can't bring your own food into the amusement parks, so bring money.

some people wear their bathing suits under their clothes for when it gets hot (just wear top and shorts)...and for when they ride water rides...to dry out quicker.
Other than that....camera, money and travelers checks, sunscreen, sunglasses, tylenol for the noise headaches, bandaids, if she has long hair something to put it back, good walking shoes, bring her smile and have fun!

Your friend needs to chill.
Just take money, credit cards and clothes. Maybe bug spray and sunscreen as well.
