what the hell this was?my husband was doing some work on some rentals houses, and they send them over to this house, to fix the drain under the kitchen sink. the people that lived there, had ripped all the pipes out, and had a bucket under the sink. anyway, nobody there could speak english. they had a clothes line in the kitchen, with some kind of meat, hanging from it, the meat had blood dripping from it.my husband said it smelled like rotted meat.the two little kids were running around, in this blood.my husband said it made him so sick,he refused to go back over there.what was that meat?

Not being able to see the meat I couldn't tell you, but it sounds disgusting!! They might have been trying to make jerky, but if your trying to make jerky the old fashioned way it should be outside in the hot weather....
What bothers me more in this story is why would someone rip out the pipes from under their sink and just stick a bucket underneath?? OH and the fact that none of them speak English.
Still sounds disgusting.........

I have seen and smelled worse whenever I am helping my buddy dress out a deer. I think what you are doing here is just an indictment against Mexicans. You ought to check out some of our back woods folks sometimes. We are so spoiled by our sanitary packed meats but we must remember where it came from, a dead carcas. I cant imagine someone like you having to go out to the back yard, catch a chicken, and killing and plucking it.

YOU NEED TO GET A REALITY CHECK. JUST BECAUSE HE WAS IN A MEXICAN HOUSE DOES NOT MEAN THAT ALL MEXICANS ARE NASTY AND LAZY. I HAVE SEEN WHITE PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN THE FILTHIEST OF PLACES. MY FIANCE IS MEXICAN AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION, , HE IS ONE OF THE CLEANEST PICKIEST EATERS I KNOW. OH AND BY THE WAY, HE DON'T EAT CAT OR DOG. GET A LIFE..

I don't know what it could be but if it was in a Mexican house it was probably dog or cat or maybe even human.

Home schooling, he walked in on the Beef hhherky (jerky) making session.
Just be happy that he didn't see any toes or nails.
