Yes you can as long as they are not fertal, fertal meaning that there was a male duck a (drake) with the hen, if the eggs are fertal it means there is a baby duck inside(ducklings), but if there is no drake with the hen duck than the eggs are good eating... take care good luck and god bless

I had a friend that raised lots of ducks. He would bring them to me a dozen at a time. 1. They make really good and BIG deviled eggs....just make your favorite deviled egg recipe....but triple the ingredients! 2. I you make an omelet..you only need one egg! 3. If you bake a cake, use only one egg!

I love and eat duck eggs all the time , I love them they are alot stronger then reg eggs.. You can eat them just like reg eggs.. They cost alittle more thats the only thing..Your friend from Tennessee...ROB

You can. In fact in somewhere in Asia (I don't think it's China or Thailand) they eat the egg semi formed, with beaks, feathers, etc.
It is supposed to work like something ike Viagra and shows verility in a man.
