I am 23 year old female and am having unexplained weight loss. My ANA tested postive, ANA reaction positive, ANA titer >or=1:2560, ANA pattern Homogeneous...would this be consistent with Lupus? I don't have any skin rashes but I do get joint pain. I am 23 year old female.

The doctor I went to thought I could possibly have lupus but all the test came back negative. I have fybromyalgia.
