2) language is for communication so should be intelligable.

I am neither a piece of crap nor do I engage in talking trash. Note the use of vocabulary - a common indicator of a lack of intelligence is how much vulgarity is used in a person's language. Those without adequate vocabulary are reduced to profanity simply because they lack the education to speak cohesively without it. Having said that, spelling is also important and if one would use a spell checker one would not appear ignorant and therefore not receive this sort of response (that's logic, by the way).
