i really like this guy and he's giving me signs but how can i tell if he really does like me?

you can tell if he likes you if he invites you along with his friends or family. He will good eye contact. He should call you. if he calls you to much than thats what we call stocking. But he should want to hang out with you.

Be a little bit more flirtatious. If you have the courage you can just go ask him.. but if you can't (like most people out there) then give him hints when you flirt. Do as much as you can to let him know you really do like him! Always smile at him!
