i'm 5'3" and weigh 100 pounds

Some girls look at themselfs and see a fat or chubby person. You do not sound fat by any means considering yor height. Maybe you just need to have a new appriciation for your very slim and nice body. I know there are alot of diets out there and pressure to be super slim. But you do not sound like you need to loose weight. How about muscle toning? With some weights, definatly not losing any. That wy you could define your arms and legs and not look at yourself as overweight, which you are not!

Only you know the true answer to that!
Many weight loss issues are subliminal. However, a health diet and exercise regime can only promote your fitness and health

if you are asking us, i think you better not. you should like yourself they way you are right now, before even considering to lose weight.

But I think you are fine, love yourself and eat healthy and stay active and there is no reason for you to diet.
