If you are referring to Leonardo's famous fresco, it is possible in principle, but undoable in actuality because there is too much detail: in order to be able to see details, the picture would be far too large to fit on one's back.

I heard it was done on this guy in Rome. But he was skinny and they could only get 7 of the disciples in it - and little rolls instead of loaves of bread.
