The only difference is that the unscented one does not have the perfume oil added. Otherwise they are exactly the same thing and made the same way.

They add perfume to the wax of a scented candle. It is heat activated a lot of the time or can be just smelly stuff.

That IS the difference. They're made exactly the same way, it's just that while the wax is still liquid, a special kind of perfume is put into the hot wax.

scented candles are infused with fragrance and perfumes and are usually larger than regular and can be placed in containers they are solid color throughout...regular candles are usually tall and slim although there are other shapes.. and are colored on the outside and white within...they are often found on tabletops in a romantic setting...
