The American dream of home ownership, complete with the white picket fence, is alive and well for those who break our laws and break down our fences to get in.

While law-abiding homebuyers must supply airtight proof of identity, legal residence and a Social Security number to lenders, illegal alien purchasers need only supply a "taxpayer identification number" (TIN) issued by the Internal Revenue Service. No criminal background check is required before applying for a TIN, which many banks now accept from illegal alien customers as a primary form of identification.

That's just the tip of the illegal alien homeowners' iceberg. The Post failed to note that Federal Housing Administration-approved loans through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development do not require lenders to obtain proof of citizenship or legal permanent residence. These FHA/HUD programs, primarily targeting minorities and first-time homebuyers, are federally insured and require minimal down payments.

I had to do some research to answer this question, dammit.Seems your right.I do know that illegals do not qualify for HUD loans or any type of government loan. But that is probably just a bunch of b/s.All they really have to do is check the little "legal resident" box ,or even ther 'citizen" box and they're in.
The only way an ITIN is different from a social is that the ITIN always start with 9.I've only seen soicals that start with 4's.
BUT,now I'm gonna getcha...hehehe.This proves that illegals pay taxes.BOTH federal (because of the ITIN) and local(property taxes). So in a way....you admitted it.You can't deny it anymore.

I use to work for a guy that owned a Mexican store in the community and there were only illegal aliens working for him and he had some connections around town where he could get houses or apartments for a really cheap price. But where I am A majority of the Mexican population are illegal and the people are so use to it that they didnt care any more. and there use to be someone who use to make good fake Id's for people but when I tried to look into it seemed to all come to a hault because if you are not law enforcement or have a warrant it is called harassment.

Most of the illegal aliens try to keep a low profile. But 2nd generation aliens have been educated in our schools and become aware of the governments social and economic programs set-up to assist those under poverty level to move into a better life and contribute to the community with property taxes.
The greed of some money lenders only see profit with these programs and inflate the interest to legal limits.
With profiteering and greed from the seller to the Realtor to the financier no one is ready to fully disclose .
Our citizens should be receiving these benefits.

I find that hard to believe, since you must have credit history and proof of income, where you are able to pay back the loan...

Believe me, illegals have to go through a myriad of hoops before owning a home, like any cititzen......Banks don't just to lend money to you because you happen to be illegal, they have no preference.....

They only care about your ability to pay back and your credit score. I don't know where you come up with these things....

Maybe it's time to re-iterate a forum question from a few days ago, one I also asked a few months ago, JUST exactly HOW many pro-illegal/pro-mexico people are there in our government, now?

Support the border fence/US Border Patrol

Write Congress today and say 'no illegals'

Whoever has the money gets the house, you should know that. I would be hesitant to try in Mexico though, those houses aren't the best the world has to offer. I might try it in France though, hear good things about their abodes.
