i just read a question [ what goes around comes around?] all responders seemed to agree with this statement and believed in karma... but why does it occur??? what makes it happen?

YOU make it happen.
Karma comes from your own choices. It is like your subconsious. When you do something good your subconsious rewards you with good karma, and when you do something willingly knowing that it is bad, you are rewarded with bad karma.
You never know when it will show up at your door, but it definately comes from you and not some outside source.

Karma is constructive, although it may not always feel that way to the recipient. Karma is always an opportunity to gain new wisdom.

Yes this is very true. You do bad to someone and it always comes back around to get you. Life is cyclical.
