Women are capable of multiple orgasms, but that doesn't mean she WILL have one. I don't know how to help you there because I don't get them myself. As for screaming your name, have you tried asking her to do it? That's the easiest way. And if she says screaming your name isn't her thing, you can uh, pretend she's doing it or something.
