The strongid and pyrantel answers are good for hooks and rounds. They are both the same medicine just different names. It's also known as nemex and a few other generic names. If you are seeing worms that are short white worms then you need to get droncit or cestex from your vet. Those worms are called tapeworms and come from ingesting a flea.

I just had the same problem, because the stuff at walmart says that it is not for kittens under 12 weeks (it will kill them). I asked the vet and they gave me Pyrantel (1 oz), and told me to give the kittens 0.5 cc and then again 0.5 cc ten days later. I did not actually have to "see" the vet and the medicine was around 9 dollars I think. My kittens are doing great and are worm free!!

Call your vet and get a dewormer from him/her. do not use any over the counter meds. they usually don't get rid of all the worms you usually see with kittens.

Whatever your professional vet recommends and prescribes her. Do not buy anything from the pet supply store.
Good luck!
