If the eye just came out of the socket and the optic nerve is still attached, then you would wrap it in a cold moist towel and call 911. If the eye has come completly out, I'm not 100% sure, but I think you would save it and put it in ice and take it with you to the ER. I think if the optic nerve was severed straight and there is no damage to the socket or the surrounding tissue, then you might be able to get an eye transplant.

If your eye falls out, then you need to see a doctor for something. You may as well bring the eye with you, although I would hope that the optic nerves are still attached.

First put the eye on ice in a baggie
Second go to the emergancy room (bring the eye baggie)
Third pass out due to the pain
Fourth wake up after they reattach your eye

I would give it to the doctor. What caused your eye to fall out?

Eye doctor.

"eye falls out"?????

Eyes can 'fall' out?

They're attached. The optic never would have to be severed (else it is still attached to you and working), but it would probably be trashed by the doctors (or stolen by a student that is learning)

Eye fall out much?

You might need to see (no pun intended) a medical doctor about that.

Since you are asking which of these two options to choose, I'd say give it to research studies if it can't be reattached. Then find out what they found out about your eye.

I think I'd give it to the eye doctor to see if they can't fix it back into my head.
