Borat is correct. MS Paint lets you "Flip horizontally"...exactly what I needed.

Click Start | run then type mspaint.
This will open up windows' simple image editor. Open your image in there and click Image | Flip/Rotate.
This will give you a few simple tools.

First answer of "Borat Sagdiyev" can not be right. Rotation is different with mirror.
Any program in Windows by default ca not do ot.You need ACDC or photoshop, Corel or ... to install.
I can do it for you.Send by email.It will take just 1 minute for me.
