This is simple.
Based on Brodagoras' Theory on Monroe Transfers we can easily deduce:

(Train Velocity + Your Age)^2 / 6.02 X 10^23 = Age of one's brother

So:

(5+18)^2 / 6.02 x 10^23 clearly equals "WAT R U TAKIN ABOUT"
