Foods high in Omega three fatty acids......cold water fish, like salmon, cod and tuna. Avocados, walnuts have these oils as well, as olive oil. Even taking fish oil capsules will help. But the best way to raise the levels of HDL or good cholesterol is EXERCISE, at least 20 minutes of continuous exercise every day.

Olives, olive oil, nuts, fish (especially those with high omega-3 fatty acids like salmon), leafy green vegetables, tomatoes -- basically the mediterranean diet.
