I think the chances of you having sars are highly unlikely.
There are a number of issues that may be causing this but I would rule sars out at this stage

No you don't have sars. Rain relaxes your body and thats why your get sleepy everyone does.

Seasonal Affective Disorder is typically caused by lack of sunlight - not just rain.

I beleive that rain makes you tired because of conditioning.... All your life, youve probably avoided going out in rain, youve stayed at home, and as a result, probably fell asleeep from boredom. After years of this, it condditions your brain to get tired when raining outside.... Only a guess...

Why do you think that? Do you live in Asia where its more prevalent? Most people get tired when it rains because they are mildly depressed. If it keeps up and you live in a region that has a lot of heat and humidity, then it could be an allergy to mold.
