The Supreme Court left that point open, but I won't quibble it. My point is to stop it from letting them bring in family above immigration quota amounts. I think immigration family preferences should only be for citizen who had citizen or permanent legal resident parents when they were born here.
That only requires a change in immigration laws, rather than the constitution.
Otherwise the illegals are able to leverage THEMSELVES into the US by breaking the law, which is poor public policy, at minimum.

I would say that if America stops automatic citizenship... its economy will fall badly.. Most of the high paying jobs / owned businesses are by the people who are not americans... Also ... People almost all over the world are more educated and educated faster than Americans.... So it will be a big lose for america.. and u don't want that ..

There is no automatic citizenship. This issue has already been addressed on Answers for Yahoos!. There is no loophole. There are only people like you who cannot or choose not to read the facts.

It should never have opened and I'm not why it did.
Indiana, yes we do want that. I'll call they're bluff, and we can have a 'century without immigrants'. the facts are already out it would be a good thing and we'd be fine.

I agree 100%. You parents should have to be citizens before you gain citizenship by birth.
