Egypt is so important in the three religions ( the Jewish, the Christian and Islam)
as for the Jews
Jacob and his sons and people came to Egypt (70 persons) and stayed in Egypt for 400 years
through these 400 years Moses was born
In Sinai (Egypt), the Jews spent 40 years cruising there guided by God.
as for the Christians
Jesus fled to Egypt from Herod and spent 3 years and 11 months
as for the Muslims
some of Muhammad's relatives came to Egypt with Amr bin ala's and even the prophet himself spoke tenderly upon Egypt.
Egypt is very respect full for all of these three religions and you know what? there's an area in Cairo called the 'Religions complex'
this area includes a Jewish temple, old churches and monasteries, and monumental mosques ... all in one area in old Cairo

well moses(pbuh) came much before jesus and muhammed (pbut) in history of prophethood. thus the examples of moses(pbuh) is cited in all of the 4 books: zabur, torah, bible and quran.
also if people notice the name moses (pbuh) keeps recurring frequently, followed by adam and eve together (pbut) then comes mary (a.s), jesus (pbuh,) followed by muhammed (pbuh) noah (pbuh)and also abraham(pbuh).
sice egypt was a place where Allah chose on of his finest messenger and gave him pwoers to perform unbeleivable miracles. it was a place where the unbeleivers were punished and where the ego of the pharoah was crushed to dust.
they say that pharoah was so filled wif hate that when his army was drowned in middle of the nile. the river could not take his bitterness and spat the pharoah out.
egypt was also a place where the 1st biggest holy book torah was revealed. although many holy books were revealed on all 1,24,000, prophets (pbuh) before and after. it was a direct revelation from god.
well guess thats y egypt is such a spl place.
