id say with road kill you definately have to go southern- maybe some fried okra, greens, and cornbread - mmm tasty

Mashed potatoes and a vegetable. If you are grilling the RK I would suggest corn on the cob.

Treat the meat as if it were beef and have fun!!!!
Make sure you marinade it first to get rid of the "gamey" taste.
I found lemon juice works best.
