how do i reply to the person who answered my question?

When u chose the person with the best answer u can type feedback to them.

Some people allow you to contact them by clicking on their picture & take it from there, but some don't.

For those who don't let you contact them, the only thing that you can do is edit your question if it is still open or add comments if it is resolved.

Click on their name and post them a message and wait for them to reply, most people on here don't use their addresses.

You click on their picture and then when you get to their information details, you click on "contact member."

If there is not contact info, then what you could do is add some comments , "details" to your question. asking them to contact you.

I think they intentionally make it difficult to respond publically to each answer (apart from the one you select as best) because they don't want YahooAnswers to become a chat/discussion forum. It's supposed to become a knowledge database.

If it's a best answer, you can type in a response when you choose it.

Otherwise, click their identity to go to their page. If they have allowed it in their preferences, you can email them from there, otherwise, you can't.
