You may try TRILUMA, a crean that you can apply to the area. It works but gradually. If you want fast results, you can try Qs NdYAG laser (you can go to your dermatolgist to inquire about these stuff.). BUT remember to always wear sunscreen or sunblock when you go out in the sun because the sun rays are the one causing the brwon spots not only that..skin aging and skin cancer too.Hope this helps. everyday, use a lotion with sunscreen on any skin exposed to the sun. the brown spots are melanin/pigment.
