All of the food has a point system you can eat a certain amount of points a day. Baked chicken may be 2 points and a cookie may be 15 points, that's an example of it. The lower the points the better.

you go once a week to a meeting and they give you a booklet where you follow their prescribed eating habits. You have to re-learn to eat properly and you pay every week and get weight.
It really works when you're earnest about losing the weight.
Its not a fad diet and a slower pace process which helps keeping the weight off after you've reached your goal weight.

They give you food thats Healthy and not junk food and the right amount of everything. && you have to exercise.
