One fast way to lose weight is the lemon cleanse...however the real reason to do it is not to lose the weight but to cleanse your system. You will, however, lose weight too. Just remember that they say half of what you lose will come back when you are done.
Be sure to follow the directions on how to reintroduce the food to your system. If you are under 18, I don't recommend this,...and talk to your doctor.

um losin 11 pounds in a week is undesirable the most i lost is 5 yet i replaced into on weight-help plan tablets( given with the help of my wellbeing care professional) the overall is a million-2 lbs. even tho it takes longer, losin slightly weight at a time is not merely safer besides the undeniable fact that the probabilities of protecting it of is larger too, so if u choose lengthy time period impact do it slowly

Perhaps with intravenous feeding, but I certainly wouldn't look forward to the results. In reality it ain't gonna happen. If you wanted to loose 11 pounds you should have begun planing 4 months ago.

Hon, there is no way you can loose so much weight in one week. The only advice i can give is to stop eating after 4pm, well may be some fruits and water.

no way thats not good i can tell you when i first went on my diet that first week i lost 7 lbs i went on weight watchers and done loads of walking and i mean loads they say in first week you lose more even 7lbs was alot in one week
