My dream is to be married by the water but to have the reception inside. It seems like anything near the water is expensive. Does anybody know of a banquet hall in the Macomb Twp., Michigan area that is reasonably priced that is near the water?

See if there is a Moose Hall or K of C in Macomb Twp, if it is located by the water you are all set. Look in the yellow pages under banquet halls, and start calling around.

I live in NJ but I found the same thing.... Try looking for "hall" that you can rent out... Sometimes it's cheaper if you leave off the wedding part when you're looking. Try Hotels, Organizations and meeting places. My hall is a community center for a local residence and they have down meeting in there. But it's gorgeous and the entire on side is all glass windows on the lake!!
