I prefer it to be short haired. I think guys with short hair are cute.. they can spike it and stuff. Long hair seems weird for me, because majority of the guys that I see are usually short haired.
But there are some with long hair that looks really cute. I guess it really depends.
But overall, short hair for me! It makes them feel more "alive", "clean", and "refreshing" lol!
