the best way is to go on to chat rooms and chat to people on there and add them to msn.
but just watch out for the sleeze bags. if they are nice and friendly add them. via there e-mail and chat away.

u can go to ur "My Q & A" edit ur profile,and there is suppose to be a place where is says something about communication with u. check ur messenger ID.and it will show on ur profile that u r online or offline.
