The ten plagues of Egypt included:
1. The Nile turned red
2. Frogs
3. Flies
4. Lice
5. Locusts
6. Death of livestock
7. Boils
8. Darkness
9. Fire from the Sky
10. Death of the Firstborn
Except for the last, some are explainable:
1. There is an algae which will turn water red--it happened not too long ago here in the U.S.
2. If the water was contaminated, the frogs which lived in the river would naturally come on to dry land.
3. Without frogs to eat the larvae, the number of flies or other flying insects would increase.
4. See 3.
5. Locusts frequently attack Eqypt, but this could have been an especially bad attack.
6. This may have been due to a type of anthrax which is spread by insects, such as the ones which multiplied because the frogs didn't eat their larvae.
7. Some types of anthrax are contageous from animals to humans, and appear as boils.
8. A huge volcanic eruption occurred on Santarini in roughly this time-- it is believed to have sent an ash cloud as far away as Egypt. This may also be the reason for 9. Even though fire may not have actually fallen on Egypt, it could still have been visible (It was large enough to blow the island in half, and send lava on to the mountains of neighboring islands.
10. There has been a theory that the reason for this was that the firstborn son was given special treatment. He was given more food than other members of the family, and so on. If the grain had been rotten, or developed different types of fungus, etc., the firstborn would have had more exposure, and been more likely to die.
Even though each of the plagues can be scientifically explained, that doesn't mean they're not miracles. The miracle may be that they happened one right after the other, right when the Hebrews needed miracles.

Are you referring to the plagues God sent to Egypt when he wanted the pharroh to free the Israelites from slavery?
if so, God sent 10 plagues. i can't remember all of them but here's a few:
-water turned to blood
-frogs everywhere
-locus everywhere
-total darkness
-boils on skin
-bugs everywhere
-first born son in every family would die if there wasn't blood smeared on the door post( that's sheep's blood)
