It is fairly comprehensive. Basically, you just talk to him and occasionally touch his arm or something. Eye contact helps. At least skim through the guide though, because you'll find more specific advice in it.

How I got my current beau:
I made eye contact (or best I could through his sunglasses).
I gave a genuine smile.
I made point in remembering his fave dish (I worked at a restaurant).
I learned his name and his friend's name. I greeted them both when I passed them on the street.
I joked easily and made a point to learn how far I could tease him.
The thing he said that really grabbed his attention:
I noticed him and took an interest. I was a kind person and treated him like a human being and not someone in his way.
