The most obvious will be a headache. However, that will go away in a day or two. Take aspirin/Tylenol. You may also be irritable and a bit tired.
However, the upside is very much worth it. You'll sleep better, you will eat less (caffeine is an appetite stimulant), and your "system" will work better. If you currently get heartburn, you will notice a significant improvement if not 100% relief.
I may sound like a motivational speaker, but I've been off caffeine for years, and I am so happy about it. Sick with it. It's worth it.

I feel so sorry for you. My doctor actually diagnosed me as having a caffeine addiction years ago. I've tried to not drink it anymore, and I get really frustrated. You want to rip someones head off and you're angry all the time. You have headaches and you can't sleep. Your body twitches just like you're going through with drawls. Good Luck, I couldn't do it. My husband was so tired of me being that way, he was the first to run to the store and get me some caffeine.

You get headaches that kind of pound behind your ears, you're grumpy, and you can't seem to wake up. It's an all-day zombie day. After about two weeks, the symptoms are no longer obvious. What you can do to still get your caffeine but not have to deal with the calories is try switching to tea. That's what I did. After a few days, it is DELICIOUS. The caffeine makes you believe it.

It's actually similar to quitting drugs or smoking, but not as severe. Headaches, fatigue. The cravings are killer! I kicked the soda habit recently, and I lost 6 lbs the first week, so it's worth it.

In this case you are going for the goal of an anxiety free life. You reach a point where you are completely fed up with this condition and that mindset can produce a real breakthrough. Remember anxiety holds us prisoner because we give it authority. We give it control because it threatens us with terror/death if we do not obey.
Turn this situation on its head. Really chase after the anxiety. It is the anticipation of having a panic attack that keeps you in a general state of anxiety, -so end the anticipation.

bad headache, irritability, possibly sleep issues. Missed my morning coffee today and feel horrible! But you are making an excellent decision for your health to stop all soda consumption. Make it for life, not just a month. Congratulations.
