No it's not ok you should only think about the one you having sex with unless the sex is boring,or that person gross you out that the only way you will be thinking about other men.

If you are in a committed relationship and you are thinking of other men while making love with your partner, you really need to work through this in therapy. If individual therapy doesn't help, you'll need to tell you partner so you can see marriage/relationship counselor.

Depends on who you're having sex with. If it's just any ole body, then it doesn't matter. But if it's somebody you really care about and they really care about you, then it's wrong. Especially when you might say the wrong name. That could cause some serious drama.

It's Pretty healthy, there are healthy obessions. Sometimes it is better than cheating. Something that is erotic that has happened to you by someone else. If it is your first time, just make sure you shout out your partner's name.
