Well if you're serious , well first of all it should not matter what type of gang it is, saxon, or longshenks...even the giant's or the riddler's men....I would agree with one of the first guys on the list....CALL THE POLICE...if you feel that the police are corrupt and can not handle the situation....well you could hire a PI or a guy like a bounty hunter or something.....
