Try keeping her up a little later in the evening. If she uses a sippy cup now you might put a cup of water in her crib at night. Maybe she wakes up thirsty at 5:00. That's what we do with my guy who is 14 months. He wakes up around 6:00, takes a drink of his water and snoozes for another two hours. Sweet dreams!

That is a pretty long stretch of sleep for a little one. You could try to put her to bed a little later, but with my daughter, she just tended to get up early anyway. It may just be your baby's habit, which will eventually change.
How long are daytime naps? Is there a possibility of shortening a morning or afternoon nap time? Is she getting up really early and then wanting back to sleep for 3 hours in the morning? Maybe try weaning back some of the daytime naps (slowly though, no shocking changes or things'll likely just get worse)...and maybe the extra hours will be tacked on to the morning.
Also, is the room really dark in the morning? Maybe keeping the room a little darker would help?
Also possibly just giving her a chance to rest it out when she wakes and maybe she'll fall asleep again? I don't know if she is awake and crying right away, or just awake and content. If she's content, try just leaving her to work it out for a bit.
Good luck! These are tough times, but it is so worth it!

Sleep when your baby sleeps. Yes place a sippy cup of water in her crib. Also place in her crib safe toys after she goes to sleep so she has something to amuse her after she wakes. Become an early riser 5 am is a nice time of day its quiet and you can watch the sunrise. It is a very special time right now enjoy everything about your baby while you can. You may also consider waking her just before you go to bed for something to eat and a change have a snack together read her a book. It could be a special time for you to instill the joy of reading to her and to do what the experts recommend. Best of luck I know you are tired.

8-5 sounds like a good night sleep! Maybe shorten her naps during the day. Maybe she is wet?She will grow out of this in no time. Right now it seems like forever but try to take a nap when she does maybe during the day or adjust to her schedule for a bit. It is wonderful she sleeps though 8-5. That is 9 hrs and you should be able to get some rest for most of that. Good luck!

I hate to tell you, but it's normal. Try keeping her up a little later each night until you reach a bedtime that works for you. My daughter goes to bed around 9:30 and gets up at 7. As long as your baby is getting enough sleep, a later bedtime might mean a later morning for you. Good luck.

The only thing I can suggest is put her to bed a little latter at night. That's what I had to do in order to get my son to wake up at 7.

She wont stop it if she is going to bed at 8. Some kids just sleep longer or not as long as others. If you want her to wake up later...put her to bed later....but from my experience...8 is a good bed time.

Madam, you said your baby [ 1 yr & 1 month] old. Because she is a baby you will keep waking up any time she is awake. That is the work of a mother, you will keep training, taking care of her and all that a mother should do for her little baby until he/she is able to decide for herself.

You can not do that. SHe has her own internal clock that works. She knows when she wants to be up and when she needs to sleep. Most kids this age usually sleep all night. Mine did. But when my son got into a toddler bed it was 8 pm bedtime and he was still awake until midnight when he fell asleep....he went on six hours of sleep plus a two hour nap everyday!!! SHe will grow out of it in time that is all you need.

Maybe you should let her go to bed a little later so she won't wake up so early
