Does anyone know any CHEAP phones, for the monthly fee, i want less than 40 dollars for the monthly fee, i don't care about the price for BUYING the phone just the Monthly Fee, please!

Oh, most of the cell phone companies will have low monthly plans. Cingular, Alltel, Verizon, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile and I'm sure I've forgotten some of them. If you are looking for a land line, I guess it would depend on where you live and what is offered to you in your area.
Also, depending on what you want to do, if you are looking for a cell phone service and you have a land line or vise versa, you could just get a cell phone service and use it at home as well. My brother in law does that and he has 3000 anytime minutes, free night and weekend minutes, free long distance, and all the features for $100/month with T-Mobile. Just a thought...

What city do you live in? The cheapest thing nationwide is Sprints 29.99 plan. 200 minutes with free nights and weekends starting at 7pm

1st go to www.whitefence.com and put in your zip code and see who services your city...Verizon has a cheap land line, but its hard to find..when you find a good phone co...tel them "you want the lowest tariff rate"...that's the key word...I myself have VoIP...that goes thru the computer only 19.95 will all the frills...

well i saw a commerical for AMPD MOBILE for 50 bucks a month... thats all i know of... but i suggest visit sites such as cingular.com tmobile.com etc. and look at some of ther eplans u might find one you can work with.

i dont know how much it is,but i have verizon.its free if you call verizon to verizon.i dont know about the out of verizon calls,but all my family has verizon,so its all good for muah
