Sometimes when i've been sitting or laying down for a while and i'm tired i'll stand up suddenly and stretch. I bend backwards to strech my back and neck and when i stand upright again i see dots and evrything is kind of fuzzy and trippy for a few seconds. I did my best trying to explain it so if you understand, why does this happen?

It is due to the sudden change of position on the fluid in the inner ear, I understand.

I really don't think your blood sugar level plays a part, but it can cause other similar symptoms that would last longer, though.

You brain is dazed and is trying to straighten itself out. Probably because of lack of oxygen/blood when you do that.

The blood could not travel back to your brain that quickly.

It's dangerous. That is why you should get up slowly.

its the blood rushing to the head, your brain gets an infusion of oxygen, making you see spots and feel woozy.

yup, its just a small blackout
