There is no sound in Cantonese that sounds [Fuc]. The closest one is [***] which means 'blessing' and 'well-being' in Cantonese.

[Fuc] is absolutely NOT in the Mandarin phonology because there is no "glottal stop" sounds in Mandarin Chinese.

The usual word for "stir" in Cantonese is [Gaao]. But some also say [fa:k], that may sound like the F-word though.

Funny story - my best friend growing up was from China. Cantonese was spoken, in her home, one day I heard the old grandma say that word in the kitchen. I couldn't help but laugh, I asked my friend what her Grandma was saying, and she said it was the word for "stir" - explains why she used it in the kitchen :)
